Weekly Discussion #2: Sri Lankan Food

The discussion for today is Sri Lankan food! Have you tried any Sri Lankan dishes?
If so, what are your favorites? If not, is there anything you want to try? My favorite
Sri Lankan dish to eat at home is chicken curry, especially if it's spicy. There are also
some dishes that I really like but can only get when I'm in Sri Lanka. If you are ever
in Sri Lanka, I would definitely recommend getting banana leaf rice and apple cake.
Also, I would really recommend trying Sri Lankan fast food. This may seem like a
strange recommendation, but Sri Lankans put a really nice spin on western food.
Dinemore is a really awesome sandwich shop that I believe is exclusive only to Sri Lanka
and the Maldives.

Anyways, I would really love to read about your experiences with Sri Lankan food!
